In standard WHMCS, a cancellation request goes straight into the queue. With Cancel Request Manager the customer (or an admin on their behalf) submits a cancellation or pause request, and nothing changes in WHMCS until an admin approves it — with an optional second approval for important accounts.
The module has been in production at LionHost for months, handling our own customers’ cancellation requests.
Depending on the cancellation reason, the module suggests offers automatically: a discount for a set number of billing cycles, a downgrade, a credit, a free month or a pause.
