Four sources, one import

Bulk Knowledgebase Importer accepts articles from CSV, from a URL serving CSV or JSON, from a WordPress export file (WXR/XML) and from a ZIP of Markdown or HTML files with their images. Categories are matched automatically, or created if you allow it.

For safety, you can force every new article in as a draft and review it before publishing. For articles that already exist you choose: skip, update or create new.

And the other way: export

You can export a category or the whole knowledgebase to a ZIP that the same module reads back. That lets you move articles between WHMCS installs or keep a copy. There is also preview, import history with rollback, link checking and announcement import.
