FAQ

VPS frequently asked questions

What is Virtualizor?

Virtualizor is a VPS control panel. From there you reboot, reinstall the OS, view resource usage and basic settings — without replacing SSH root access.

Do I get full root access?

Yes. All Linux KVM plans include full root. You can install software, configure the firewall and manage the server as you need.

How fast is the VPS activated?

In most cases instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment. Access details are sent by email and shown in the Client Area.

KVM or shared — which should I choose?

Shared is cheaper and simpler for small sites. KVM VPS fits when you need stable performance, root, custom installs or more resources.

Can I install cPanel or Plesk?

Yes, as long as the panel license and plan resources allow it. With root access you can install compatible control panels.

Where are the servers located?

In European data centers (including Greece, Germany, France and the Netherlands depending on the product). The goal is low latency across Europe.

Are backups included?

It depends on the plan and options available in the store. We always recommend keeping your own backups for critical data.

How do I order?
