By registering for or using Lionhost services you agree to the terms below.
Use of the website, Client Area (WHMCS) and any hosting, VPS, dedicated, domain or streaming service means you have read and accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Lionhost provides web hosting, reseller, WordPress hosting, VPS, cloud VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, streaming (Shoutcast/Icecast), related modules/plugins and technical support. Exact package specifications appear in WHMCS at order time.
You are responsible for accurate registration details, password security and all activity under your account. Sharing access with third parties is at your own risk.
It is strictly forbidden to use the services for illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
In case of violation, Lionhost may suspend or terminate services immediately without notice, retain data for authorities where required, and withhold refunds where policy allows.
Abuse / phishing / spam reports can be sent to info@lionhost.gr or via ticket. We review incidents and take action proportional to severity.
Services are billed in advance according to the selected WHMCS package. Late payment may lead to suspension or deletion. Prices may change with notice for new billing periods.
Any refund policy applies as stated in the store or a specific agreement. Services that violate terms or have been substantially consumed may be excluded from refund.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. Technical support is provided via ticket, phone or email through available channels.
Lionhost is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data beyond what the law allows. Customers are advised to keep regular backups.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
